Cassie Fitzpatrick
BACP registered therapist
I am a BACP-registered therapist. I offer a warm, relational and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin to explore what might help you move forward.
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic and relational approach, with a particular interest in how our early relationships and experiences can shape the ways we understand ourselves, relate to others, and navigate life. Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer feel helpful, whether these show up as anxiety, difficulties in relationships, or a sense of being stuck in ways you can't quite explain, while also paying attention to what is happening for you in the here and now.
Therapy isn't only about looking back. Alongside developing a deeper understanding of yourself, we can explore ways of managing difficult emotions, navigating relationships and feeling more grounded in your everyday life, particularly through times of change or transition. I'm also interested in supporting a greater sense of aliveness, connection and possibility, helping you feel less stuck and more empowered in the choices you make and the life you live.

About my work
I hold an MSc in psychology and am a registered BACP therapist. I offer both short-term and long-term individual therapy in Richmond, Chiswick and Queen's Park, online, in person, or as walk-and-talk sessions in Richmond Park.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. My training and approach are integrative, drawing on relational and psychodynamic thinking, and shifting in line with your needs and expectations. At times, a more directive and practical approach may be useful; at others, you might feel ready to work somatically, with more body-based work; and at other times we may work more reflectively, looking at familiar patterns of relating. Rather than offering answers, I aim to be alongside you as you make sense of your own experience, offering a relationship in which you can feel genuinely heard and understood, perhaps in a different way than you have before.
