Cassie Fitzpatrick
BACP registered counsellor
I am a registered BACP counsellor and psychotherapist in training, achieving full UKCP accreditation in September 2026. I provide a warm, relational, and non-judgemental space. Together we can explore experiences of disconnection, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, overwhelm, or change.
Areas of Expertise
Counselling, psychotherapy, psychodynamic, relational, trauma-informed practice
I hold an MSc in Psychology and am a registered BACP counsellor, currently training towards full UKCP accreditation. I offer both short-term and long-term individual therapy in Richmond, online, in person, or as walk-and-talk sessions in Richmond Park.
I aim to provide a warm, relational, and non-judgemental space where we can think together about what you’re going through. You might come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling in relationships.
My approach is integrative, with a relational and psychodynamic influence. Therapy often involves looking inward, and sometimes back, to understand patterns that once helped us maintain connection but may no longer serve us. I offer a space where you can experience a different kind of relationship, one where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you make sense of your experiences.
Alongside this reflective work, I’m also interested in helping clients rediscover a sense of aliveness, connection, creativity, and possibility in their lives. If it feels helpful, we can sometimes work in more creative ways, using images, objects, or other forms of expression.
