Cassie Fitzpatrick

BACP registered therapist

I am a BACP-registered therapist, working towards UKCP accreditation (2026). I offer a warm, relational, and non-judgemental space where we can explore experiences of disconnection, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, overwhelm, and change. My work is grounded in a psychodynamic and relational approach, with a particular interest in how early relationships shape the way we experience ourselves and others.

Areas of Expertise

Psychodynamic & Relational Practice
Trauma-Informed & Attachment-Focused Work
Relational Development
Perinatal Mental Health

About my work

I hold an MSc in psychology and am a registered BACP therapist. I offer both short-term and long-term individual therapy in Richmond, online, in person, or as walk-and-talk sessions in Richmond Park.

I aim to provide a warm, relational, and non-judgemental space where we can think together about what you’re going through. You might come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling in relationships.

My approach is integrative, with a relational and psychodynamic influence. Therapy often involves looking inward, and sometimes back, to understand patterns that once helped us maintain connection but may no longer serve us. I offer a space where you can experience a different kind of relationship, one where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you make sense of your experiences.

Alongside this reflective work, I’m also interested in supporting a sense of aliveness, connection, and possibility. Where helpful, we can work creatively, using images, objects, or other forms of expression.
